Must have a care background, and love helping people get the best out of our products. This position is based at our main office in Guildford and will involve first line support which consists of responding to customer requests for help via phone and messaging. You will not need any special IT skills, but will need to understand how social care operates. Ideal candidates will have good education and be very personable.
We have a team of trainers based around the country who train people in how to use our products. This involves on-site training with groups of people, and therefore there is a fair amount of travelling involved. Ideally we are trying to place people in different parts of the country to keep travelling time to a sensible minimum, and are currently looking for more people in Scotland and the Midlands, although we are expecting to need more people further South in the next few months. Candidates should have either strong training experience, or be experienced in Social care. Ideal candidates will have a degree level education, and ideally a full driving license.
We are proud of having a team of expert developers, and we operate development mainly from our Belfast office, but can accommodate people in Guildford or working from home. Our development environment is based on C# within Azure infrastructure, with the front end having a plethora of web and mobile technologies. Good experience of MVC, Agile/TDD, TFS and a load more acronyms is necessary – but the key requirement is to be a thoroughly brilliant developer.
