How we helped
Karen describes how using Mobile Care Monitoring has improved the quality of care and helped to achieve an Outstanding rating at Links Lodge. ‘After a short learning curve our staff have been able to save considerable time on recording care delivery, which has enabled them to spend much more effective caring time with our client group. Recording care at the point of delivery has resulted in improved timeliness and accuracy of care given. The power and versatility of this innovative software package has provided us with greater control and accessibility to a wide range of service user recording. We now have the ability to selectively isolate both by individual or group and time frame specific topics or client interventions. We can then use this information to examine trends/patterns which enable us to create more accurate and responsive person-centred care plans.’
Karen explains that, ‘improved service quality and auditing through the very comprehensive inbuilt monitoring system has helped to facilitate safer and more effective care delivery for all of our clients.’
