Person Centred Software, provider of the Mobile Care Monitoring system, which allows staff to digitally plan, record and monitor the care of residents in real-time, has joined forces with Best Health Solutions, whose cloud-based BESTmed software is the leader in digital medication management in Australia, to integrate their systems. Ultimately, the partnership will maximise time-saving within aged care facilities through the automation of admin tasks.
Discussions to integrate the two products to help the care sector in Australia began almost two years ago, with the new best-in-breed partnership now paying dividends for staff and residents at Lifeview.
Providing high-quality, personalised care and wellness across its homes in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs of Chelsea, Cranbourne, Emerald and Wheelers Hill, Lifeview is now seeing its staff spend more time interacting with residents where previously they would have been having to physically draft medical notes. The integration works by allowing staff to record the delivery of medication through BESTmed, which in turn is automatically stored in Person Centred Software’s Mobile Care Monitoring system, taking away the need to enter data twice.
