DepenSys is a unique web-based application for care home operators and managers to calculate staffing and 'skill mix' based on residents' needs.
The application enables staffing rotas to be modelled, helping to demonstrate how the planned staffing compares with the calculated levels. Used in homes in England, Scotland and Wales, DepenSys is the result of over 30 years of research into systems calculating staffing needs to deliver quality care and meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
