PCS Group Activities

What does the Group Activities feature do ?  

With the Group Activities feature, care providers can create a list of group activities, which can be added to an activities calendar for carers to have at hand. Care providers can assign activities to residents, so the planned activity can appear on the Care App.  

What are the benefits of the Group Activities feature?

  • Know what activities are happening in the home, so residents can be encouraged to participate    
  • Allows an activities coordinator to plan and manage group activities within the home    
  • Provides evidence of resident engagement
