‘The handover system was electronic, and all staff could access this through hand held devices to provide updates they wished to be discussed.’

‘Care plans were electronic and there was a ‘relatives gateway’ to ensure important information was available to relatives. This ensured people and their relatives were involved and kept informed of the care provided.’
