Hi everyone. My name is Kehan Zhou. I have some exciting updates to share with you all. Today, Camascope is joining PCS, and I’m extremely excited to be stepping in as the Group CEO for PCS Group, which includes PCS, Camascope, and Clearcare. For our clients, this means we’re bringing together best-in-class medication management software into the holistic caring technology that PCS offers. At PCS, our mission is to make sure that we provide the best and most efficient technology to deliver better outcomes, illuminate the path and care needs for residents, and also shed light on the value of the care work that we provide. By bringing together care planning software and eMAR data, we’re able to build one dataset that can identify patterns and trends in any care home. This ranges from benchmarking infection rates at a local council level all the way to predictive analytics that help prevent risks from happening in the first place. In most care homes today, staff juggle several different care technologies that don’t communicate well with each other. This lack of connectivity introduces new risks to the sector and is highly inefficient. Bringing medication management together with care planning software means there is one holistic picture for the entire sector. It enables smarter care and better outcomes. After all, care is always about human connection. Our role is to elevate that connection and provide better support for caregivers so they can focus on what they do best. As PCS Group, with Clearcare, Camascope and PCS, we now have a full spectrum of care covered within our system—from children’s specialist care facilities to elderly care in residential and assisted living settings. When I first came to Camascope three years ago, I didn’t have much appreciation or understanding of the social care sector. But by working with teams, visiting care environments, and even living in a care home as a resident for five nights, I came to truly understand the importance of the work that caregivers do. So what do we do as a society to provide better care? It requires collaboration between the public and private sectors. At PCS, our responsibility is to deliver the best, most user-friendly, safe, and efficient technology to the sector—so staff can get time back to provide more outcome-driven and more personal care. You could say that even though we are a technology company, we are putting the social back in social care.
