Inspection Report

‘A newly introduced electronic care planning system was in operation. This enabled the initial assessment process to be carried out in a shorter time frame. Hand-held devices were given to support care staff to record care interventions immediately on delivery of care.’

‘The electronic care record system used by the service helped ensure all information was live. The system flagged up tasks to be done and any alerts for staff to be aware of and staff were able to update the system instantly from hand-held devices.’
