Inspection Report

‘Care plans were created and accessed via an electronic system. Staff used smart phones to read people’s care plans which covered areas such as how the person communicated, their cognition, personal care needs, the support they needed with nutrition, their medicines and with their mobility. One person who could display behaviour which might challenge others had a care plan which described the strategies and interventions staff should follow when responding to the incidents of agitation.’
