New Video: Using Data for Best Outcomes with Mobile Care Monitoring

‘The richness of data gathered using Mobile Care Monitoring means that Minster Grange can use it to give their residents the best possible care and outcomes.’

Alison Redhead explains all about how having Mobile Care Monitoring has given her and her care home a deeper knowledge to make sure that residents are given the best care available.

"One of the things I really like about the software is being able to use the richness of data. For example, there's reports that I'm shown that give me residents who may be at risk in some way, so for instance, if they come to us with a pressure area that we're trying to improve, the photographs demonstrate clearly how that pressure area has been improved with our goodness and care, and that is a fantastic piece of evidence to show people like tissue viability nurses."

Staff use Mobile Care Monitoring to record care in real-time, so all the information is known instantly by managers and other care staff. This means that they can quickly respond to any developing conditions or risks to provide the best quality care and outcomes for residents.
