What is My Health Record?
My Health Record is a secure way to store an electronic summary of an individual's medical history, including their medical conditions, allergies, medications, vaccinations, and immunisations.
This provides healthcare and aged care providers with access to crucial health information online, anytime and anywhere, even when a person is visiting a new healthcare provider or travelling to a different state.

How does the integration work?
The partnership between The Australian Digital Health Agency’s My Health Record and Person Centred Software's Clinical Care System facilitates the easy and efficient transfer of detailed medical information across various organisations.
The clinical care system can identify individuals and organisations using the HI (Healthcare Identifier) service, a unique 16-digit number the My Health Record system uses to identify an individual. Once identified, Person Centred Software can connect aged care providers to the My Health Record system using the B2B gateway.
