This new integration means that, in care homes across the country, staff are better able to manage the medication needs of Australia's aged care residents more effectively.
Medication Management Software: An Introduction to Medi-Map
As the only completely digital medical charting vendor available in Australia, Medi-Map enables live communication between health service providers in facility-based care environments. The cloud-based platform ensures the medication needs of residents can be accurately recorded, tracked, and delivered, all whilst driving efficiencies between aged care operators, doctors, and pharmacies.
Our new partnership, which was struck following an alignment of company ethos and principles, will ensure a meticulous focus is placed on providing high-quality, person-centred care – a fundamental requirement across the industry.
Together, we will continue to provide the foundations for interoperability, allowing health and social care records to be accessed by the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
Medi-Map & Person Centred Software Integration
The integration of Medi-Map into our care technology will enable a seamless transfer of information between the two software systems. This will enable staff to document using electronic care records built on the same standards, which ensures that information recorded while providing or receiving health or social care can be shared whenever and wherever appropriate.
Furthermore, any records for those using care services will only have to be shared once before being made available in every care setting, including at home. As well as helping professionals to deliver safe and effective care, our partnership means that people have access to their own records and can take greater control of their care.
