Team member attends, turns off the call alert and inputs details about why the resident called
Alert turned off
When call alert is turned off, the notification is removed from all other staff devices so other staff know a colleague is attending the resident
Notification reminder
If Nursecall detects that the resident hasn’t been seen within five minutes of their call, this triggers another notification to make sure the resident is seen promptly
