Our platform helps to simplify this process by generating quick full-proof reports and allowing for easy collection of consumer feedback - this helps providers promptly submit their 'Consumer Experience' and 'Quality of Life' data. The National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program (QI Program) currently requires residential aged care providers to report on crucial areas of care to support quality improvement and better health outcomes for older Australians.   Quality Indicator Survey tools to assess and monitor the quality of care provided to older adults are essential in residential aged care.
