Since 2014, The Downes Residential Care Home has been using Mobile Care Monitoring – an electronic care planning system from Person Centred Software.
Registered manager, Steven McLean, is enthusiastic about the benefits of using the system. “Now I can access and analyse care records from any location as the system is cloud-based. This means any laptop, tablet or desktop computer! I can see full records of my residents’ care plans, care notes and a live stream of care delivery as it happens.”

“The QR code and bar code functionality for room visits is also a great tool for safeguarding.”
