PCS Observations

What does the Observation Charts feature do?

The Observation Charts feature records vitals for each resident, such as blood pressure and weight. Care providers can view a chart to see historical data for trend analysis; they can also have an overview of the resident’s charts in one place - this highlights information recorded from care notes.

Care workers can choose which charts are the most important to review for each resident and keep the rest hidden. Medical observations can also be used to update the News2 Chart.

What are the benefits of the Observation Charts feature?

  • Keep track of each resident’s vitals and quickly spot trends or emerging changes
