Who our website is for

Our PCS website and services are exclusively for business-to-business use. We don’t offer or sell products or services to individuals under 18 years of age. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you’re at least 18 years old.

If you’re under 18, please don’t use our website or submit your details on our website. We reserve the right to immediately delete any data if we discover a user is under the age of 18.

The PCS website is made up of different webpages provided by the Person Centred Software Limited (commonly referred to as PCS), part of Person Centred Software Group.

The PCS website is here to give you information about PCS and the products and services we offer.

This is a UK based website about products and services for customers in the UK and Australia. We can’t guarantee that the information, products or services that we refer to on our website will be compliant with laws and rules outside the UK and Australia.

  • our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the PCS website, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, will in no event exceed £100

These terms govern your use of the PCS website only. This limit does not apply to any separate agreement between you and us for the supply of PCS products or services, which contains its own liability provisions.

You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
