A Guildford tech firm has reported significant growth for the past three years, with revenues now topping £4m.

Person Centred Software installs systems at about 50 care homes per month.

Three years ago, the business was generating revenues of £351,000 per year and has since experienced a hike of more than 1000 per cent.

Co-founder and director Jonathan Papworth said: "Our growth has been rapid, but for us, this is just the start.

"The opportunity in social care tech is huge – particularly when 80 per cent of care homes in the UK are relying on slow, costly paper processes that our company can digitise in a day."

Co-founder and director Simon Papworth added: "We started the company to help improve standards in social care and are on a mission to drive outstanding care for some of the most vulnerable people in society."

The important thing about our growth is that it gives us momentum, which will help us achieve much more in the coming years both in terms of customer benefit and product development."
