Over the past 13 years, Hannah has worked in the health and social care sector, from direct patient care to working for two global leaders in the Med Tech industry. Hannah joined Person Centred Software in 2022 to support a collaborative approach across all health and social care providers going digital by 2024. Hannah’s passion is to drive joined up care through interoperability and collaboration, and she believes this can only be achieved through strong communication and understanding.
