Learning about Healthy Communities at NCF Conference Ageing in Common

We were delighted to exhibit at ‘Ageing in Common – An International Perspective’ earlier this week. The three-day conference covered the National Care Forum (NCF) UK Care Conference and the Commonwealth Elders Forum from 16th – 18th April 2018.

The event was an opportunity to attend talks and workshops from leading professionals and find out about innovation and issues within social care around the world.

Jonathan, one of our directors, attended the workshop ‘Ageing in Healthy Communities’ and found it particularly informative and interesting. It was chaired by Margie van Zyl Chapman from South African Care Forum, with Jo Boylan, Director Operations, from Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) Inc, Australia, and Ngaire Hobbins, Dietitian Specialising in Ageing, from Brain Health and Dementia.

Fun fact: Did you know that people with dogs have better gut health because they have more good bacteria in their gut?

Person Centred Software give care providers the tools they need to effectively manage the health and well-being for those living in residential care. We'll be speaking at 3 events in 2018, Dementia Care and Nursing Expo, Health + Care, and the Care Show sharing our how we are helping providers improve residents' health and well-being in every area of their life.
