We're thrilled to announce an exciting upgrade to our maintenance management tool for care providers!

By collaborating with our valued customers during feedback meetings, we've made some targeted improvements that enhance usability and effectiveness.

These enhancements ensure our software meets your care home's needs and promotes smoother operations, ultimately saving hours each week, improving safety and helping you to stay inspection-ready!

We listened to your feedback, and we made it happen!

During our feedback meetings with care homes, we learned that while our Maintenance Management Tool is highly praised for its user-friendly design and effectiveness, there is significant demand for a feature that allows users to break down jobs into subtasks for better management.

Additionally, the challenge of tracking jobs with tight deadlines has been highlighted as a crucial area for improvement.

We also learnt that the absence of an iOS app for maintenance is a limitation that needs to be addressed to improve user experience and efficiency for our users.

Introducing subtasks

We've revamped our task management feature by introducing subtasks that use customisable forms and checklists.

This approach will allow care home staff to have extensive checks against each job. This flexibility empowers staff to tailor the forms to meet the needs of a particular maintenance task, enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflow and making it easier for everyone involved!

The new app update coming this week will reflect the same, empowering care staff who complete the jobs to provide enhanced feedback on jobs through subtasks, including data capture, images, and videos through forms, enhancing overall job quality and communication.

 

Introducing the new Maintenance Dashboard, so your care staff can effectively track jobs with tight deadlines

In addition to revamping our task management feature, we've listened to your feedback regarding the lack of a maintenance dashboard, which is vital for management admins.

To address this, we're thrilled to introduce our new maintenance dashboard that allows you to effortlessly track, monitor, and prioritise jobs, giving you valuable time back to focus on the tasks at hand.

We've also implemented a notification system to keep everyone informed.

If a job is set to be completed within the next three days, admins, vendors, and assignees will receive timely notifications. This proactive approach includes alert emails for overdue tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. These transformative functionalities will be available in next week's update release, and we're excited to see how they will improve your workflow and communication!

Additionally, enhancements have also been made to our reporting feature, which allows you to include feedback from forms. This enables you to access and monitor jobs on a repeated cycle, ensuring that your maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
