Georgina specialises in CQC compliance for providers of adult social care and healthcare services. She currently works with adult social care providers and primary care services across the country and in the independent hospital/clinic sector, supporting teams with governance, quality improvement and regulatory compliance. In addition, she has accumulated almost a decade of experience in healthcare quality and audit.
Georgina also runs her own healthcare compliance consultancy business, Inspired for Health, providing governance and audit support to providers, which includes mock inspections, single assessment framework evidence advice, onsite cultural reviews, focused training and one-to-one registered manager and nominated individual mentoring.
