We’re excited to introduce PCS One, our new partner programme at Person Centred Software.
Technology in care should make life easier, not more complicated. PCS One is our response.
PCS One is designed to make it easier for care providers to choose, connect and benefit from technology that works seamlessly together. With a tiered partner programme, a clear structured model for our Sales team and closer collaboration with partners on marketing, integrations and customer projects, PCS One is a more joined‑up experience for everyone involved.

Building on years of partnerships and integrations
Over the years, we’ve built integrations and partnerships with organisations across the care technology sector. Today we work with more than 75 partners and more than 60 integrations, supporting more than 8,400 care homes across the UK.
As our network has grown, it's become even more important to make it clearer, more reliable and easier for customers to understand what works with what. PCS One gives us a better way to do that.
What is PCS One?
PCS One sets out a clearer way of working with our partners, with a tiered partner programme, a structured co-sell programme with our sales team and closer collaboration on marketing, integrations and customer projects.
This means working more closely on shared opportunities, introducing partners into the right conversations and helping customers find the right combination of systems to match what they need.
What PCS One means for our customers
PCS One is not just for software providers. It also includes service partners, consultants and organisations who support care providers every day. And most importantly, it’s about what PCS One means for our customers.
If you already use PCS software, PCS One will make it easier to see which other systems connect with the apps you use today. We’re strengthening integrations, improving interoperability and giving you a clearer view of trusted partners who already work with us, so you can choose new technology with confidence.
If you’re new to us, PCS One means you know what you’re buying into. You can see what already works with our services, what’s proven to integrate, and where we can introduce a partner if something sits outside what we provide directly. The aim is simple: fewer gaps, less risk and technology that works together properly.
How PCS One will roll out
PCS One will roll out in phases. We’re starting with the partner programme, followed by the launch of the PCS Marketplace, and later a Care Consultant Network to help customers and partners work together more easily.
We’re launching PCS One with our existing partners first, before opening it up more widely. We’ll also be running a public webinar at the end of May 2026 to share more about what’s coming next.
