Inspection Report

‘The provider was embracing new technologies to aid and assist better involvement and communication with families by introducing an electronic care planning system. The provider would be able to audit the system to identify any gaps in care delivery or individual staff knowledge so appropriate action could be taken. The electronic system would also provide a ‘gateway’ which would enable relatives to stay fully informed and involved in their family member’s care.’
