The annual Champions of Care awards celebrate people working in the social care sector, acknowledging what people are doing to improve care and recognising their incredible work. We will be naming and celebrating the stories of our champions of care and handing out exclusive prizes to the winners. Watch this space!
How do I submit an award nomination, and who can I nominate?
Anyone can nominate individuals who work within health and social care not just Person Centred Software customers. Fill out the submission form using the link below.
The categories are:
Making a difference
This award celebrates individuals who have gone above and beyond to make a lasting, positive impact on residents' lives. Have they made a difference by empowering those they support to reach their wellness goals? Nominate someone who’s dedicated to transforming lives by delivering outstanding care
Special Recognition
This award is for anyone in social care who has made a meaningful, positive impact on someone’s life within a Health and Social Care setting. Have they gone above and beyond to improve someone’s well-being or create a lasting difference?
Leader Award
This award honours someone who has demonstrated exceptional leadership. How has the person within your organisation guided and supported your care home through challenging times, inspiring resilience and growth?
Connected Care Champion
This award is for Person Centred Software Customers only. Do you use one of our solutions? Tell us what you use and how itmakes a difference in your care setting. Have your staff saved time by using them and now spend more time with their residents? Have you found less medication errors while using ATLAS eMAR?Do your residents interact more in activities now you have our Wellness and Activities Platform?

All nominations will be reviewed, and our judges will choose a winner per category

What's new this year and what do the winners receive?
This year we have decided to choose just 4 winners instead of having runners-up too. The judges at PCS will choose the winners on the week of the 10th February 2025
Winners will be notified via a phone call or a personal visit from Person Centred Software and presented with an exclusive prize. In addition, winners will be provided with an e-badge and certificate that they are free to use across their social media, email signatures or whenever they wish.
Winners will be announced and acknowledged across Person Centred Software’s platforms including, social media, news outlets and website.
