The annual Champions of Care awards are a set of awards to celebrate people working in the social care sector, acknowledging what people are doing to improve care and recognising their incredible work. We will be naming and celebrating the stories of our champions of care and handing out exclusive prizes to the winners. Watch this space!
How do I submit an award nomination, and who can I nominate?
Anyone is able to nominate individuals who work within health and social care by filling out the submission form. The categories are:
Making a difference
This award is aimed at anyone who has had an impact on a resident by going the extra mile to really make a difference. Have they made a difference by enabling the people they support to achieve their wellness goals?
Digital Innovation
This award is for someone that has introduced a technology to transform how you provide services. Have they reduced the burden on the team? Improved outcomes of the people they support and/or improved resident safety?
Special Recognition
This award is for anyone within social care that has made a positive impact on someone’s life that is currently in a Health and Social Care setting.
Great Leader
This is an award for someone who has demonstrated exceptional leadership. How have your leaders within your organisation supported you and your team through challenging times?
All nominations will be reviewed, and our judges will choose a winner per category
Award submission deadline closes on the 5th February 2024
What do the finalists & winners of the ‘Champions of Care’ awards win?
5 Finalist will be chosen, which will be sent to the judges at PCS to choose the winners. Winners will be notified via a phone call or a personal visit from Person Centred Software and presented with an exclusive prize. In addition, winners will be provided with an e-badge that they are free to use across their social media, email signatures or whenever they wish.
Winners will be announced and acknowledged across Person Centred Software’s platforms including, social media, news outlets and website.
