This award celebrates individuals who have gone above and beyond to make a lasting, positive impact on residents' lives. Have they made a difference by empowering those they support to reach their wellness goals? Nominate someone who’s dedicated to transforming lives by delivering outstanding care
Special Recognition
This award is for anyone in social care who has made a meaningful, positive impact on someone’s life within a Health and Social Care setting. Have they gone above and beyond to improve someone’s well-being or create a lasting difference?
Leader Award
This award honours someone who has demonstrated exceptional leadership. How has the person within your organisation guided and supported your care home through challenging times, inspiring resilience and growth?
Connected Care Champion
This award is for Person Centred Software Customers only. Do you use one of our solutions? Tell us what you use and how itmakes a difference in your care setting. Have your staff saved time by using them and now spend more time with their residents? Have you found less medication errors while using ATLAS eMAR?Do your residents interact more in activities now you have our Wellness and Activities Platform?
What did the winners receive?
Winners were notified via a phone call or a personal visit from Person Centred Software and presented with an exclusive prize. In addition, winners were provided with an e-badge and certificate that they are free to use across their social media, email signatures or whenever they wish.
