Global executive role changes to drive customer success and operational excellence


We are proud to announce significant executive role changes aimed at further strengthening our commitment to customer success and operational excellence within the health & social care sector. Tammy Sherwood has been appointed as the Chief Customer Officer, Jemma Robinson as the Chief Operating Officer, and Johan Jardevall as the Chief Executive Officer. These global roles will oversee all business operations in both the UK and Australia, ensuring seamless management across both territories.

Tammy Sherwood, taking on the role of Chief Customer Officer, brings nearly 6 years of experience and a proven track record of establishing strong relationships with Person Centred Software's customers in Australia and New Zealand. With a focus on customer engagement and ensuring maximum benefit from the software, Tammy is dedicated to amplifying the voice of the customer at a global and executive level for both the UK and Australia. Reflecting on her new role, Tammy stated, "My primary objective is to be the driving force in leading our customer-centric initiatives, ensuring that the needs and perspectives of our customers are heard and prioritised. I am excited to split my time between Australia and the UK, sharing insights and best practices to benefit both territories, and ultimately providing a premium experience for our customers globally."

Jemma Robinson, assuming the position of Chief Operating Officer, will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and stability in the global delivery of Person Centred Software's innovative products and services. Jemma's extensive experience in the social care sector uniquely positions her to understand and address the challenges faced by care professionals. Jemma expressed her excitement, stating, "I am excited about the impact I can make in this role and working more closely, as one true global company, with our Australian colleagues. As Chief Executive Officer, Johan Jardevall will lead Person Centred Software's global operations and strategic direction.
