Person Centred Software is very pleased to announce a new partnership with care home management platform, Syncurio.

How will the integration work? 

The partnership between Syncurio and Person Centred Software means that staff and resident records will be seamlessly synced across both systems. This integration will allow care homes to maintain up-to-date and accurate data in real-time, improving both operational efficiency and care quality.

Looking ahead, Syncurio’s upcoming resident enquiries solution, set to launch next year, will further enhance this integration by allowing care providers to share a resident’s record on a pre-admission basis.  

This feature will streamline the transition process for new residents, giving care homes the ability to review important information early, enabling smoother planning and personalisation of care before the resident is officially admitted.
