We added another accolade to our collection on Wednesday night by winning the 'Social Care Technology Provider of the Year' award at the esteemed HealthInvestor Awards 2024.

This remarkable achievement follows our previous win at the Global Excellence Awards 2024 in the category 'Best Social Care Software Developer 2024 – UK'. These wins have helped to highlight our commitment to excellence in providing innovative social care software solutions to improve outcomes for all.

Everyone deserves the best possible care during vulnerable times, and we've been working hard to create a brighter future for social care with our variety of integrated solutions

More than a decade ago, we launched our digital social care record system (digital care planning system), mCare, to improve the quality of life for those receiving and providing care. Since then, we have continued to add new solutions alongside mCare.

Over the past year, we decided to consolidate all our digital solutions into one platform, creating a one-stop solution for care providers that eliminates the need to use multiple systems. Helping to enhance care delivery, improve regulatory scores, streamline operations, and improve the lives of those receiving care and those working in the sector, our Connected Care Platform covers the full spectrum of care management through integrated solutions that help drive outstanding care.

Whether it's a DSCR system, an eMAR system, or a solution that helps boost residents' and staff's physical and emotional health, each solution (which can be used separately or in combination with others) is designed to address a particular part of care.

The Connected Care Platform offers solutions such as care management, medication management, resident experience, learning and development, care operations and care tech!

Our seamless integration philosophy also extends to solutions offered by our valued partners, providing you greater flexibility and opportunity to connect all aspects of your care management.

We are committed to continuously developing our products and adopting new technologies as we focus on the future. We don't innovate for innovation's sake. Every new feature that is designed solves a real-life challenge in a way that really works.

We have been at the forefront of driving the digital transformation of the care sector since 2013, and our passion for continuing that journey runs throughout our entire organisation. As our suite of products continues to grow, they will always be developed with the carer in mind, with a laser focus on driving outstanding care.

Jemma Robinson, Head of Operations at Person Centred Software, says:

''Being recognised as the 'Social Care Technology Provider of the Year' is a fantastic accomplishment. I'm proud to be part of the Person Centred Software family and that our integrated solutions are really making a difference in social care.

The Connected Care Platform is revolutionising the sector, helping to enhance care delivery, improve CQC scores, streamline operations, and improve the lives of those receiving care and those working in the sector. The team at PCS put a tremendous amount of work into developing and delivering this platform, so it's great to have it recognised!

A huge well done to all involved, and congratulations to all the other winners''.
