It’s hard to believe that we exhibited Mobile Care Monitoring at our 5th Care Show in Birmingham last week. In 2013 we had an innovative new product with our first customer. 4 years later, we have 500 care providers using the system creating 650,000 care notes with 30 new implementations a month on average!
Care Show GDPR presentation
Alongside exhibiting at the Care Show this year, we presented at the Business Theatre. Andrew Coles, Product Manager at PCS, spoke on the subject of GDPR. He described the risks to the care industry if they don’t get prepared in advance for the new regulation that comes into place in May 2018. Paper isn’t an effective solution for care providers to use for documentation under GDPR. Andrew explained the steps for providers to take and what solutions were available for ensuring data and policies are compliant.
