I've never known a workplace where wellbeing is taken so seriously. We have weekly reviews to ensure that everything is going well, and every month, there is always a fun wellbeing activity for us to do. For example, last month, we had a painting activity in which Person Centred Software sent every employee a set of paints and paintbrushes with a canvas; we had a painting class via Zoom with a professional painter - during work hours too!

There are many aspects of the role which are rewarding , I especially enjoy interacting with customers, knowing that each time I deal with them I'm contributing towards their own successes. The challenges and resolutions are a staple of everyday life at PCS. My team are extremely hardworking but also have fun , they are quite autonomous and manage their day to day priorities very well. As part of operational team, we work best when collaborating across departments.
