We were founded in the UK in 2013 by brothers Jonathan and Simon Papworth to help improve the quality of life for people drawing on social care.
With ageing populations and large-scale recruitment challenges, social care was and still is one of the burning issues of our time. Improvements can't happen quickly enough. Our solutions free staff from hours of admin, giving them time back to spend more meaningfully face to face with residents.
All of us are driven by the knowledge that our solutions make life easier and safer for people working in care and drawing on care. Our teams in the UK and Australia helped drive digital transformation in the care sector and continue to innovate in digital development.

We went live in the UK with GP Connect and National Record Locator. This gives care homes with PCS access to GP records for direct care purposes and make hospital packs from care homes available to NHS services.
