Nominations are now open for the 2025 Champions of Care awards!

The Champions of Care awards are back for 2025 and will be celebrating the achievements of those working in the social care sector who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to providing the best possible care outcomes for residents. 

The awards are our chance as an industry to show recognition, gratitude and appreciation of the efforts, innovations and contributions that many in the social care sector have made to improve the wellbeing of those living and working in care. 

At Person Centred Software, we are very happy to shine a light on these achievements, which mean so much to the most vulnerable members of our society. So, we will be naming, sharing and celebrating the stories of our champions of care and handing out exclusive prizes to the winners. 

What will the categories be? 

Nominations for the four categories for our Champions of Care awards can be for any individuals who work within health and social care, not just PCS customers. The categories are: 

• Making a Difference Award 

• Special Recognition Award 

• Leader Award 

• Connected Care Champion 

When is the deadline for entries? 

Entries will close on 5th February 2025, so there is still time to nominate anybody who you think deserves to have their achievements recognised and celebrated! Don’t miss this opportunity to honour social care champions who truly make a difference. 

The nomination process couldn’t be simpler: all you have to do is fill out your details, fill out the nominee’s details and write a paragraph about why you are nominating this person.
