Announcing the winners of the 2024 Champions of Care, sponsored by Person Centred Software
The second annual Champions of Care awards celebrate the people working in the social care sector who are making a huge difference in the lives of the people they care for. The awards aim to acknowledge their incredible work and celebrate their achievements in improving care outcomes.
The mission of the Champions of Care awards is to share and celebrate the amazing stories of people working in social care who are making a real difference to the lives of residents and their colleagues.
Champions of Care first began last year in 2023 and due to the high number of responses we received, coupled with all the truly amazing stories we had the pleasure of reading and learning about, we made the decision to make them an annual celebration. Now, we can announce the winners for 2024!
