Person Centred Software + RemindMeCare integration

Over the past few months we’ve been working with RemindMeCare (ReMe) and are now fully integrated, enabling our system, Mobile Care Monitoring (MCM), and ReMe to communicate with each other. This means that every resident and carer in MCM is instantly available in ReMe.
