We are thrilled to announce that we've acquired KareInn.
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to improve the quality of life for care providers and those they care for. We accomplish this by streamlining and digitising the social care sector, working hard to continually develop and expand our range of integrated solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of care providers.
Adding KareInn will further enhance our Connected Care Platform, which is currently used by over 6,000 care providers across the UK. The platform offers a wide array of solutions, including care planning, wellness and activities, medication management, and care home operations.
As part of our 'Connected Care' vision, we have previously acquired companies such as Oomph! Wellness, ATLAS, and Redcrier, which will be further developed along the line. These organisations have also closely partnered with KareInn, demonstrating the strategic synergies between our company and KareInn. This alignment is pivotal as we work towards a more cohesive and comprehensive approach to connected care.
Who is KareInn?
KareInn is a pioneering company in digital care technology. Their team has previously developed highly innovative platforms for the NHS and continues to transform care homes' care outcomes and operational efficiencies, enabling more person-led care.

In the future, users of KareInn and Person Centred Software's digital social care record system, mCare, will benefit from access to a broader, stronger, and more comprehensive feature set.
