Carehome.co.uk, the UK's leading care home directory and comparison website, recently held its annual Care Home Awards to acknowledge and recognise 20 of the top-rated care homes in each region of the UK and 20 of the top-rated care home groups in the UK. The awards are meticulously based on the care home's review score that carehome.co.uk has received from residents and their loved ones, which truly reflect their genuine experiences of the care home's services.
Person Centred Software is overjoyed to share the fantastic news that a large number of its customers have been listed in the Care Home Awards for both care homes and care home groups.

Without the support of MDTs, ICSs would not be able to effectively achieve their objective of improving health outcomes for all".
